Podjetja investirajo v izjemne re\u0161itve in inovativne procese, vseeno pa naletijo na blokado zaradi pomanjkljivega premisleka o prilagoditvi obstoje\u010dih in konservativnih postopkov, ki ne slu\u017eijo digitalni preobrazbi.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce posamezni sodelavci in nosilci odlo\u010ditev v poslovnih enotah ne razumejo vrednosti digitalne preobrazbe, ne bodo motivirani ali opremljeni, da bi pri tem procesu igrali pomembno vlogo.<\/p>\n<h2>Kultura delovanja podjetja lahko zadr\u017euje digitalni napredek<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Zaposleni nimajo ve\u0161\u010din, da bi izkoristili potencial novih tehnologij.<\/li>\n<li>Zaposleni se upirajo spremembam ali so prezaposleni za u\u010denje alternativnih postopkov izvedbe.<\/li>\n<li>Ekipe niso motivirane za inovativnost in prispevek idej k optimizacij poslovanja.<\/li>\n<li>Vodstvo ne razume investicijskega potenciala novih predlaganih re\u0161itev.<\/li>\n<li>Vodje poslovnih enot ne vidijo mimo neprilagodljivih in nepro\u017enih zastarelih sistemov.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Kaj lahko storimo, da tem te\u017eavam prepre\u010dimo uni\u010denje programa digitalne transformacije?<\/h2>\n<p>V svojem bistvu so cilji digitalne transformacije naslednji:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nadgradnja sistemov z namenom optimizacije procesov ter izbolj\u0161anja podpore zaposlenih in strank.<\/li>\n<li>Re\u0161evanje operativnih postopkov in zmanj\u0161evanje te\u017eav, ki jih neprestano ustvarja dinami\u010den trg.<\/li>\n<li>Oskrba z orodji, s katerimi se lahko hitro odzovemo na izzive, hkrati pa se lahko posvetimo novim prilo\u017enostim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zaupanje v svoje cilje digitalne transformacije je le del celotne zgodbe.
